The Ministry of Health and Prevention’s (MOHAP) Youth Council has delegated Unlimited Media Instruments to redesign the 1st Floor area of the MOHAP Building. This project aims to maximize the free spaces and use it efficiently to benefit the MOHAP employees as part of the Ministry’s value which is “Community Happiness”. It aims to impart a sense of community, creativity, trust and happiness among MOHAP employees; to encourage productivity engagement and community between employees; to be used as a space to celebrate employees’ achievement and to support entrepreneurship by providing space for businesses owned by youth.
As the Youth Councils endeavors innovation and collaboration, UMI has aligned their design into contemporary and funky design theme. Given the limited space in the 1st Floor area, UMI has strategically planned the zoning considering the heavy footfall of the area and importance of each section according to the MOHAP’s objectives. The Mind’s Hub was divided into two main zones; a creativity zone and a Leisure zone. Creativity Zone encompasses the Presentation Area for discussions and presentations; an Opinion Wall for employees to write their ideas or thoughts; a whiteboard area for brainstorming; and a meeting pod for private meeting sessions. On the other hand Leisure Zone includes the Physical Activity Area where compact gym equipment are available; a Game Zone area for those who want to have some fun playing board games with their colleagues; a Coffee Area to support the young entrepreneurs; and a Meditation Pod for those who wants to relax.
Employees are the backbone of the company and UMI is honored to have designed an innovative, collaborative, relaxing and happy corner for the employees of MOHAP to use and enjoy.
